Client Services

I want sellers involved with the process of selling their home. When clients want to know how the process is going, their curiosity arises late at night, when I'm out of cell phone range or busy with another client. If I can't respond to you, that's bad service. Client Services is my effort to keep sellers informed with the activities being generated on their behalf.

Realtors everywhere are encouraged to keep a log as a way to stay organized. I publish mine with 24/7 access - when sellers have the time.

If I have listed your home:

When I listed your home or land, you were given a "ASSET HUB WEB ADDRESS" on the yellow "Asset Sheet". Open Microsoft Explorer, Apple Safari, Google Chrome or one of the many Internet browsers and enter that web address to access your account. If you have forgotted your asset hub address, I will be happy to resend it to you - just email me.

HINT: Once you are into your reports page, "bookmark" the page. Just click on the bookmark icon will without having to type the address. Your Internet browser will also ask if you want to save your user name and password. If you click "YES", that will be the last time you will need to enter your security information.

Asset Sheet includes:

HOME INFORMATION REPORT : This is information I enter manually to tell you about home previews, showing, open houses and other non-Internet related activities. Having this information doesn't mean we won't be talking however if you are interested in further details, call me anytime.

SINGLE-SITE ACTIVITY REPORT: The domain site we created exclusively for your home is being visited by shoppers who search on Google, Bing, Yahoo and other search engines with a description that in some way matches your property. We report automatically how many visitors see this site, take a look at the pictures and from what city and/or country.

THIRD-PARTY SITE REPORTS- We have listed your home onFrontdoor.com, Trulia.com, Zillow.com, Yahoo.real estate.com, MLS.com, Relo Home Search, CreigsList, and listing it's location with Google Map. They provide their premier subscribers activity reports on their listing and we pass it on to you.

GENERAL MARKETING ACTIVITIES : Depending upon your property, we may be providing other more personalized service like house cleaning, landscape maintenance, special open houses and door-to-door neighbor awareness activities. We also report this back to you and any results we may have earned.
